• University degree; • 3 years experience in a similar role and/or commercial environment; • Ability to be proactive, take initiative and challenge; • Highly motivated and able to work with multiple teams/projects simultaneously; • Strong communication abilities, organized person with a strong sense of responsibility; • Abilities in working with figures, analysis and synthesis capacity; • Good team player, with positive, "can do" attitude; • Excellent PC skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, SAP); • Excellent English knowledge.

Descrierea jobului, responsabilitati si beneficii

• Ensure the potato procurement process in order to cover the plant requirements in accordance with requested quantity, quality and on time as per harvest cycle; • Prepare contracts for internal suppliers and follow up the approval process; • Prepare the supply program for local crop in line with sourcing strategy, variety mix and storage capacity; • Process SAP PO’s (purchase orders) as to cover all requirements and agreed conditions to be met by the company and suppliers, and submit them to the authorized signatories and follow up the approval process; • Coordinate the loading program by supplier on a daily basis together with growers and Logistic Dept; • Closely monitor the agreed schedules and scope of work, solve the non-conformities or raise them to superiors’ attention; • Checks daily the level of potato stocks and consumption; • Support on preparing the data for AOP and Forecast Price file reporting; • Ensure the supply of seed potatoes needed for each year local potato crop, including for the new varieties program; • Prepare, collect and keep organized all purchasing documents so that they are available for audit purposes; • Work closely with Agro Team local and central function on sourcing plan potato crop to ensure continuity of potato supply; • Work closely with Accounting Dept. to ensure compensation of contract prepayment with potato deliveries and follow –up on amounts to be reimbursed from potato contracts; • Produce weekly status reports for contract compliance, supply plan, record of potato deliveries; • Achieve compliance to GCS requirements by ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of assigned Key and Supporting ;Controls. Controls to be executed with the deemed frequency, properly documented and Tested as per requirements/communications (Annually or Quarterly, of SOD mitigating).
