Acquire industry knowledge and experience, understand drivers of profit and loss and take commercial decisions to generate revenue and after passing the turning points in the development plan, you will become a Merchant within Cargill. Enjoy being part of a diverse, inclusive and friendly working environment in Cargill’s Agricultural Supply Chain, a highly diversified Business Unit which will give you direct access and exposure to an array of markets, commodities and regions. Understand the agricultural commodities trading industry, the markets for commodity merchandising and the logistic execution of the commodity contract. Understand the local supply and demand factors that impact markets and develop collaborative relationships with external customers and suppliers in a customer facing role.

What you bring: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. economics, business administration, international relations, trading). Fresh graduate or maximum 3 years of prior internship/work experience Advanced verbal and written communication skills in local language and English Computer literate, Microsoft Office advanced Strong analytical skills and commercial attitude Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle risks and ambiguity.
